I voted for Cartoon's submission. While every single piece of artwork was absolutely amazing, I believe that Cartoon's art captured the essense of utility by capitilizing on the body part which most people associate with preforming tasks: the hands. With that being said, Go Cartoons!

Sorry to break it to you, Chimecho, but Overheat is a Special Attack, not a physical one. For special attacks, Flareon used his special attack state, not his physical one. You're right about the Fire immunity though.
