I didn't remember to check the frame through the IVs. Isn't the pokeradar supposed to reduce your frame by 10?

Hi. I was able to hit the right delay 3 times today. The last time I was able to find a Larvitar but the nature and stats were not the ones I wanted.

I've done this calculations are they correct or is there something wrong? 43(frame) - 1(mesprit) - 6(battle) - 10(pokeradar) - 2(turn+step) = 24 24/2 -> 12 journal flips

BTW, do you know if RNG with wild pokemon is easier or harder than RNG with hatched pokemon? I mean if it is easier or harder to get 31 IVs in all stats? Or is there no difference at all?

So if any npcs move around when I start the game, their frames will be nullified when I fly? You can post any time of the day it really does not matter.

If I fly to somewhere will the results still be accurate? I do not have enough rare candies to make them go over level 50.
