Is a Cute Charm Wish Sylveon still effective? I'm asking because I have a shiny 6 IV bold Eevee and I'm debating if evolving it into Sylveon would be any good or whether I should just go with Vaporeon.

Edit: Got rid of Swords Dance on Haxorus to add Poison Jab in order to hit Togekiss. Also added pics, even though I think they are a little too large, so if someone could tell me how to resize I would appreciate it. Edit 2: Got rid of Air Slash on CharY in order to hit Greninja with Solar Beam.
