Nice idea! I tried to do something like this too, except mine didn't work out to well. I like your idea better! Also, Clefable might help more, because it has higher defenses, and learns Encore and I think Wish. EDIT: Added sentences. They are nice, use them.

To help with no Sleep Clause problem you can always use Rest Sleep Talkers and Nature Cure's such as Bliss and Starmie and since Lati@s is aloud maybe Starmie is a good idea.
