    I was still getting an incompatible moveset using Fire blast Thunder Heal bell Soft-boiled However, swapping heal bell and soft-boiled now makes the set valid. Thanks for the help!

    Is there any reason I can't use a Blissey in gen 2 OU with this moveset? Heal bell Soft-boiled Thunder Fire blast I can't see any reason it couldn't be allowed. Chansey learns heal bell by egg move, soft boiled by level up, and thunder and fire blast by tm. I tried googling but had no luck. Is...
