    A quick question on game mechanics, as I've been a little confused since seeing Blissey's entry. Do the stat modifications from EV's apply before those from Natures? The above page recommends a +Def nature for Blissey, which wouldn't make sense if it were +10% of its base Defense stat, 10. So...
