I'd suggest that you use a Bold (+Def, -Atk) nature on Blastoise instead of an Impish. The only physical move you have on it is Rapid Spin, and it would really benefit from the better Special Attack that Bold would give it.

Have you considered running a Special Attacking Magmortar instead of Moltres? It can run Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, and HP Ice. Focus Blast can be decent in taking on Blissey and Snorlax, while Thunderbolt can hit the common Gyarados. HP Ice is for Dragons, of course. It gives you some good...
