I've edited the EVs and some movesets. It's better now. However, I can't find a good Rain-maker for M-Swampert, as my policy is to KO as fast as possible. I only use setups if I find a chance to use them, although I use recovery moves a lot.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I'm a novice, just joined competitive battling, so it would be helpful if you actually suggest EVs for my team, and a Rain-maker. Also, the pokes do make sense together, only if you think about type coverage and sweeping, stalling etc. simultaneously.
