Hey. Is GMT-4 Eastern Standard Time? That's what it seems like in search, but I want to clarify. I'm EST myself, so if that is the case that is convenient. I'm pretty flexible on timing, but somewhere around 7pm EST works best for me most days. Would that work for you?
