I think the Stormcloud is fantastic-- thinking about it, and it just looks like something capable of using rapid spin and whirlwind. I think it could be rainier though, just to emphasize the fact that it is also a water-type.

Hah, I like this one. Too often the "water-type" leads to some kind of amphibious or aquatically designed Pokemon. Likewise, a water-type will always have at least one blue element on it, and an electric-type will have sharp angles and yellow elements.
