Blissey would gain more from discarding those HP EVs and dumping them in Def and SpD, Blissey's Def must also always be max, no excuse. Also, why HP Ground on Gengar but not Focus Blast, Focus Blast completely smashes Tyranitar, and it still pounds Heatran to smitherens.
