    What are you smoking? First it's IVs, not EVs. Also, it's a total of 3 IVs passed down, 1 from the father, 1 from the mother, and 1 random IV.

    What exactly do you mean by odd? Some pokemon just naturally have odd/annoying cries i.e. Kricketune or Skuntank.
