    Now before I begin, I'm no noob. I've been playing Pokemon competitevely for about 3-4 years. I EV train all my pokes, breed for natures, smartly pick movesets, etc. But one thing I never understood was tiers. What is the importance? Why not have a mixed team of UU, OU, or NU?
