I DO NOT UNDERSTAND EV'S OR IV'S AT ALL!!
Okay, the only thing I know about EV's is that you can raise a pokemon's stats by battling certain pokemon. The only thing I think I know about IV's is that their how good a pokemon is in that stat. Thats it. Seriously. Please, people, PLEASE!! Help me out!!!- shadow of a man
