I'm pretty sure the exp sharer gets the same amount of EVs the fighter gets, save the fighter holding a macho brace or a power item. For example, if you fought a Haunter, which gives 2 Spatk EVs, the exp sharer would get 2 Spatk EVs, and 4 if it has pokerus.
