    No exactly sure, but once you get in the secret entrance, you must go through the other floor, and there are rocks you must smash or move. There will be an area where you can jump with your bike and gibles will be there. It has a very low chance of appearing though.

    Spikes X3 is 25% on all non flying types. Stealth rock is 1/8th for neutral to rock, 1/4th to pokemon weak to rock, half to four times weak to rock (like ho-oh) and 1/16th to those resistant to rock.

    What I think: Gyarados' popularity is attributed because he's the easiest to hatch. You can get a really good IV gyarados in less than a day, and pokemon like Salamence and Garchomp take five times longer to hatch.
