Trust me, Rachi makes for a MUCH better special wall than Tentacruel. Since you are in Rain, Rachi's fire weakness is halved making it even better at handling common metagame threats (Heatran, Dnite with Fire Punch, etc.) Tentacruel needs the physical investment or else it will easily go down...
