    For a Bulky Gyarados, what is the significance in hitting an Atk stat of 319? I read Jumpman's analysis, but I'm still confused. All he says is "16 Atk EVs grants it its first possible bonus point". I posted it in the Simple Question/Answer topic, but I guess nobody that would know goes there.
