    Depends how fed up you are with SRing. It's quite good, but you can probably SR for one with better Sp Atk/Speed and a good nature if you have enough patience.

    Use this: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pok%C3%A9mon_by_base_stats Handy too because you can order it from biggest to smallest for all stats and totals. The Kyogre's Sp Atk and Speed seem sort of low imo.

    Works fine for me. If it keeps stuffing for you, try Serebii's IV Calculator. I find it's better because it's much faster than Metalkid's but very slightly harder to use and doesn't have a handy layout for the IVs of the poke. http://www.serebii.net/games/iv-calcdp.shtml

    Do you mean before it evolves? :heart: If so, that's a relief because that means I can just evolve my Teddy to an Ursaring to keep Guts (if it'll have Quick Feet in DP)

    @Carlos: A poge with Suction Cups, or an Ingrained poke can't be phazed. Or if it's the last poke on your team it can't be phazed either. Where in Emerald is the guy at the Frontier who you can bet BP with? Are there any requirements to bet with him?

    If a pogey's invested EVs in a stat are at say, 106, would using a EV reducing berry cause the invested EVs to drop to 100 or 96? And is there a quick way to obtain BP in Emerald? I've heard of some sort of gambling guy where you bet BPs, but how does that work, and is there a faster way?

    1. Are the IVs and nature of Lati@s in Emerald set before you meet it? 2. Is it Sync-able? (since you do meet it in the wild though it probably has different triggers to normal poges) 3. Is there a quick way to catch it? I plan on SRing for my Latias soon.
