Lucario isn't popular because he can't take a hit and makes me sick to my stomach.

But Scizor gets Iron Head and X-Scissor with a 130 Base Attack. Plus, he gets Technician, so he can use Natural Gift 60 for a 90 base power move, not sure if that's worth anything, but w/e.
