Actually, I've somehow managed to use Charizard pretty effectively in Ubers, (Then again, in NU, I've managed to sweep entire teams with a Pikachu.) Is it viable to run Icy Wind on Tornadus-T?

Another edited Metagame? how will you differentiate this one from the others, like DuskMod? Don't get me wrong though, edited Metagames are fun, but you have to really try to keep things balanced.

Surprisingly, I haven't come across Evasion abusers that often. (But I am NOT looking forward to testing Moody or Sleep Clause. Although testing the Species Clause is gonna be hilarious...)
