I just recently downloaded PO on my new(ish) laptop, but it keeps saying "Connection Refused". It worked on my old one perfectly so I can't be doing anything wrong. What do I do?

Twice so far: The only two times I got CAP pokes in the first place. I'll tell you if it happens again.

For some reason, it seems that whenever I get a CAP pokemon, my opponent gets the same one too.
