No-one's posted there for about a month, and Eviolite ban just makes the game a sweep fest, Chansey struggles to stand up to Special sweepers as is, what hope do other walls have? Tier's reasonably balanced as is.

Knock Off Pikachu and Kadabra are over powered, since Chansey just loses it's Eviolite. I'm tempted to try a Toxic Orb Trick Kadabra; Steal Chanseys Eviolite and Poison her in one move, then set up Calm Mind. Could work, will be better with Magic Guard, though.
