Hi everyone, not sure if this has been posted already, but when using Mega-Kangaskhan and attacking a Ferrothorn, I don't think the second hit from Parental Bond should incur damage. I think I was watching a shofu WiFi battle on Youtube and the second hit didn't inflict damage on Mega-Kangaskhan.

I noticed that my team needed one and all I can think of are Defensive walls. I'm only using Blissey and/or Cresslia as a last resort so obviously, don't suggest those. So, help anyone? Movesets, EV spreads, natures and such would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.
