Unfortunately Dazzling Gleam is a special based attack and Mimikuys special attack is very low (only 50), so you really shouldn't use that. If you want to continue with Mimikuy, I would suggest Fairium-Z, so you have a one time perfectly accurate and strong fairy attack. But tbh I am not a fan...

If you run some hidden power, that requires 30 IVs in a stat (or running an even number of IVs for whatever reason), the amount of EVs should just be a multiple of 8. But in every normal case (i.e. your Pokémon has 31 IVs), it is like you just said: 4 or multiple of 8 + 4

TBH I don't think the team is too good. Alakazam and Marowak as a core don't really cover each others weaknesses, so you can't really switch them around if they face a bad opponent. Alakazam is pretty much a glass cannon and because it's mega you can't even sash it. Focus Blast is too unreliable...
