I'm a avid gen 2 battler, i mainly play on the cartridge. I find it silly that almost impossible to obtain event moves are legal and a meta is played on showdown that doesn't exist anywhere else, and never existed on the cartridge.

I'm no expert, but doesn't choice scarf only grant +1 speed? Unless moxie somehow grants speed boosts that I don't know about then isn't your mence only at a total of +1 speed? Then wouldn't it just be a 5/10 chance it would KO the scarf palkia coming in to revenge?
