    Well the answer is Mirror coat, Encore and Counter. As soon as a pokemon switches in, Wubboffet can Encore then either counter or Mirror coat. If it is stat boosting, wubboffet switches and gives a sweeper time to K.O. and if it is a status he safeguards then switches.

    Wobbuffet has a killer special and physical defence, and the ability Shadow tag. It switches into a pokemon, takes the hit, then Encores so the pokemon has to use the same move over and over, then it mirror coats or counters it right back. almost instant kill. Shadow tag stops them switching...

    But from a newbie perspective it looks really good, what gives it the massive disadvantage that it needs to be in BL? Oh, and I am looking for a water type that can learn ice beam and is fairly high in defence but can still do some damage with surf. Any suggestions?
