    Knowing the IVs and EVs of a Pokemon doesn't necessarily tell you if it is hacked or not... And the Secret ID is called as such for a reason - you can't see it unless you have a program like Pokesav.

    Two questions: 1. Do the Wise Glasses increase the Special Atk by 10% or 20% 2. If I have Pokerus and use a power item for say Speed, and I attack a Magikarp (1 Speed EV), I get 10 Sp EVs? ((1+4)x2)
