    Hmm.. I think I'd give it 232 in Def, 180 Sp.Def, 60 Att, 38 in HP... wow, thats kind alooks like a nice spread..(think I'll use that for myself). I didn't suggest giving Attack a whole bunch of EV because of your Scizors Nature, Swords Dance and the Orb. Those will help with its Attack Power...
