You really should use Latias i found Wish Passing Set is really helpful for Hail Teams because the get wore down quickly thanks to hazards. Also i wanted to say nice Forretress set i plan on using it on my hail team. Though i might make a few modifications. Anyway nice team.

The only thing i can suggest is Hp Flying on Zapdos like KatsnJase said which seems like it can be a big help. Anyway great team and Luvdisc.
