It's still outsped by various fast threats that OHKO it afterwards. Locking yourself into only one move also isn't the best thing. I honestly think a scarf set is more potent. This way you can outspeed these threats I mentioned earlier and probably OHKO them.

What makes Froslass S? She has one very succesful set but that's about it. Because she's so predictable I think she isn't as good as many people think.

Lets just say that it's very difficult to stop Froslass from doing its job. Setting hazards, stopping the opponent from doing it, taking your opponent with you when you die. Though I do think there are ways to play around it.

Are you sure that Kabutops can reliably defeat most spinblockers? Most of them carry WoW. Not to mention that there are some very defensive ones like Cofagrigus and Gourgeist that can tank his STABs easily.
