I like the EV's spred in T-Tar, but i really think u need to replace the starter, infernape may work ok, and about cradily seems ok for me but you really need to know what do u need to kill, rock slide works ok with salamance and gyarados, pokes that u wont like to fight specially a DD gyarados...

The team is ok, just a few points T-Tar has Crunch and Pursuit, I would drop crunch and use Fire Punch, any other way you have nothing agains Bronzong or Skarmory, and this T-Tar as a starter has nothing to do agains good prediction or strong ataks such as close combat, focus blast, EQ, even...
