Going with Ursaring here. While both are pretty lacking in the design department, Ursaring's simple badass design puts it above Granbull.

Hard vote as Gen 3 was the first I played, I'm going to have to go with Alakzam. While both were a pain to find , Alakazam was harder than Gardevoir ever was , 5% encounter rate + Teleport is just wrong. Having that Alakzam was one of the biggest achievements of RSE.

Well, to be honest I'd be a Hoenn baby B. I absolutely adored Hoenn since it was my first game ang it is, was and always will be the best in my opinion , but that doesn't mean I hate other gens. I love them all equally except for Hoenn which is the absolute best.
