Yes, I know exactly what your problem is. You can only hit even delays currently, because of either the presence or absence of a game in your GBA Slot. If you have a Pokemon GBA game in your DS, take it out. If you don't have one in, put one it. For some reason your delays will be odd/even...

No, what I meant was there aren't two timers going at the same time. Sorry if that confused you. There are two timers, just in the same spot, one after another.

You know that there is no "second timer". The timer counts down the first delay, then immediately begins the second. If nothing comes up when your first delay runs out, then something's wrong, but if you haven't let it run out yet, that might be the reason.

Every spread within a seed will have the same series of coin flip results. As you probably know, within each seed are multiple frames, each with their own IV spread, nature, PID, etc. However, because all of them share the same exact seed, all of them will get the same results on the coin flip...
