Hidden Power Breeding.

My first time using EV lowering berries, and I need help!!
Say if I gave a pokemon 36 HP EVs, each pomeg berry I give it would decrease it by 10 EVs, right? So after 4 berries, my HP EVs would be at 0, correct?- hexatron
