Try Rain-abusing dragonite and a status healer. Dnite hurricane/thuder/dragon tail/roost SpA/Spe 252 timid, leftovers Roserade leaf storm/weatherball/sleep powder/aromatherapy, skarfed Rose kills bulky waters with leaf storm and removes status. Which can be cruical for Rain teams.

Try Rain Abuse Dnite set over Tor-T. Thunder/Hurricane/Dragon Tail/Roost +252Hp/252 Spd or whatever EV of your choice. I use that because I always use CM baton pass from Espeon. This can eat up damage with multiscale and kill with 100 acc thunder/hurricane. and Dtail prevents Roar/Whirlwind...

Try espeon. It's faster, gets magic bounce, wish, heal bell, baton pass etc.

The Rain core I use consists of Espeon/Dragonite. Espeon keeps SR/spikes away and baton pass CMs to boost incredible bulk of dragonite, while Dnite abuses its access to thunder and hurricane. no proper healings-heal bell, aromatherapy-means that your team could be totally crippled by paralysis.
