  1. The Funkalicious Funky Six

Yet I've not lost a battle? I'm more than capable of taking care of Deoxys, Salamence, or any other fast sweeper, and I have taken care of them countless times.
  2. The Funkalicious Funky Six

Hmmm, I quite like Technician Scizor running Occa Berry. Or a Subsalacscizor.
  3. The Funkalicious Funky Six

Hmmm, Metagross is rarely seen in late-game IMO, I come across all kinds of Lucario a lot, but Luke does make a tremendous late-game sweeper.
  4. The Funkalicious Funky Six

You get Outrage off Move Tutor in Platinum right? In that case, I might dl the Jap version and trade it over and stuff. Lucario's quite good with Agility, but I'd like something that was stronger.
  5. The Funkalicious Funky Six

Ah yeah, I could run some more HP EVs on Sala. Does Metagross make a good late-game sweeper? I can see him picking weak things off with a Bullet Punch, and mullering things with EQ and STAB Meteor Mash. He's also fairly bulky.
  6. The Funkalicious Funky Six

Dyou think I should run the same set as Garchomp on him, but with DD instead? Also, what about agility Scizor with Occa Berry?
  7. The Funkalicious Funky Six

I've done some battling with my team as it is, and it's been fine. Not come across a Skarmory yet. I need a replacement for Garchomp though. :(
  8. The Funkalicious Funky Six

But sometimes, most Pokemon are weakened, so Outrage should be able to hit them all fairly well, no? I suppose I could run Dragon Claw, as it stops me from being walled by steels. I can get a free SD with the Yache Berry. Does that mean I could keep Fire Fang? It'll hit harder after an SD.
  9. The Funkalicious Funky Six

Is Fire Fang needed on Garchomp? Skarmorys are usually taken care of by the time I send him out. Also, is Hidden Power Fire needed to kill Skarmory if I've got Moltres? I assume the opponent would switch when faced with Moltres, but the Venusaur thing is quite surprising.
  10. The Funkalicious Funky Six

It wasn't HP fighting that gave me problems on Cress, it was Ice Beam. I managed to counter it with Suicune though, so it's not really much of a problem for me. I did consider Lanturn, though I prefer Suicune over it because it has better defenses.
  11. The Funkalicious Funky Six

A fresh Suicune can hit it with HP electric, and survive an unboosted thunderbolt, and Venusaur can survive an Ice Beam while attempting to sleep it.
  12. The Funkalicious Funky Six

I've always found a way to counter most Pokemon using Ice attacks. Cresselia's mainly a problem, but I just switch out for Suicune and roar it away as it sets up.
  13. The Funkalicious Funky Six

Alright, I've had a lot of success with this team, I just wanna see if I could improve this somehow. I also need a new late-game sweeper. My fiery lead Moltres @ Choice Scarf Modest : Pressure EVs: 40 Def / 252 SpA / 216 Spe - U-turn - Will-o-Wisp - Overheat - Air Slash My favourite...
  14. Team Spanky (Wi-Fi edition)

You might wanna run some extra EVs in HP or either Defense for Salamence, or make him hold a Yache Berry, otherwise you're probably screwed if you attempt to DD and heal up.
  15. Please smogon pimp my team!

Bump after 24 hours, not 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend using half of your main sweeping force as a lead. Keep Protect on Vaporeon, it helps it scout Choice items. I wouldn't bother investing 252 EVs in SpA for Blissey. Your team's also fairly slow, I recommend you get rid of Machamp...
  16. My team as of... right now...

Gengar could also take out the Starmie and Azelf, I suggest a Pokemon with Shadow Sneak. Also, more detail is needed on each Pokemon, or this thread'll probably end up closed.
  17. Beatdown

You might wanna give Gengar the berry that boosts speed after you get down to 1/3 health (I forgot the name, Petaya berry?). This means you're definately faster than most things. Parliament fan? :P
  18. the Nasty Baton Pass team

Waterfall and Avalanche over Surf and Ice Beam on Swampy. The rest looks alright, Heatran's coming in on Sleep inducing moves I take it? You also can't have two RMT threads open at once, so I suggest you close the other one. I see you're a Nirvana fan. Coo'. - Faisal
  19. RMT Please. You know you want to...;)

Looking pretty solid, I'm loving the Gardevoir. Maybe HP Electric or Calm Mind over Grass Knot on Slowbro? EDIT: Dragon Pulse could replace HP Ice, though Ice Shard could probably do more damage, I doubt Luke learns it.
  20. A Team in need; Please help!

Though it still didn't call for a completely new thread.
