Ive been wondering about Rain Dance teams, because I want to create one that uses mostly Water pokemons, but is that really competitive? as in, a Rain dance team who stalls, with pokemons like Jellicent, Tentacruel and Ludicolo. Is that possible? I'm new to the forums btw :)
