    id have to say no to sandstorm. sharpedo would hate the extra damage. sharpedo also runs a great mixed set that i would suggest. rash nature 252 sp a/ 108 speed (outspend tornadus t at +1)/the rest in att hydro pump ice beam crunch protect this set hits much harder on most pokemon...
