Looks like this could work. The only problem with your team(like you said) is heatran, or infernape. I was thinking maybe take out donphan and use skarm w/ spikes and whirlwind, or anything else of this nature. It will allow you to shuffle their team and see if they got another fire poke...

Usually expecting a thunder wave i switch to my Electiver, Cross Chop(even if they switch) then i have Lucario. I never have a big problem with bliss with my current team.
