Plz dont shoot me if im wrong lol, but to my knowledge the stats dont affect the capture rate because each pokemon has a preset capture rate regardless of thier stats. (besides status effects and the other stuff you named) So i believe no they do not affect it

Has anyone ever done a nuzelock of the hack "Blaze black 2" or "volt white 2" it has all 649 pokemon in it and the difficulty is increased. i think everyone should try it. trust me it's challenging
