I already decided on X version. My starter is Fennekin seeing how it'll most likely be Psychic and I'm stuck between Squirtle or Charmander. Either way, let's see if 29 days will fly by a bit quickly.

I just thought about the twig in Fennekin's evolution. What if it's meant for it's final form to hold a lanturn or some kind of paper incantations? Or it could disappear when it evolves like Spoink's ball when it goes as soon as it evolves or Clampearl's pearl when it evolves into Gorebyss/Huntail.

Anyone think Chespin's evolution will be part rock type? Seriously, that or another Torterra?

Chigorasu is cool! Hope it gets the elemental fangs and a powerful evolution. Amarusu is so cute and cool, plus that ability is unbelievable. So, if it uses headbutt, will it still cause flinch? Otherwise, Mega Garchomp is a must have, Fennekin's final will be psychic while chespin's is rock. 31...

There is still a high chance Fennekin will be Psychic. So what if Glow punch is going to be a fighting attack? Gothitelle, Hypno, and Slowking can learn Brick Break while Alakazam and Grumpig can use Drain Punch. Plus, I'm sure Fennekin also has Psychic in its movepool. The only other fighting...

I like Malamar, but isn't a bit strange that it's name is a marshmallow pie? Either way, he should prove to be interesting for a battle strategy.

Ya know, those squid pokemon have interesting types with only one weakness. Too bad it's a 4x's damage by bug. I.e, Scizor has new bait. Well, I'm getting X and Fennekin since it'll most likely be psychic. Whoo X&Y!

Has anyone noticed this kinda pattern w/ Nintendo? Generation 1,3, and 5 introduce new pokemon while 2,4, and 6 introduce newly evolved lines to old pokemon. Gen 3 did bring Azurill and Wynaut, but they're pre-evolved and they might've been meant for gen 2, but were late on the deadlines. Anyone...

After seeing Flabebe, they could make Bellossom a fairy/grass since it's only grass and it could be considered a wood nymph.

I don't think Altaria can be a fairy. It's already a flying/dragon. The fairy type was added to pokemon with only one type, like Marill. In that case, you don't think they would touch a Blissey with fairy, do you?

I hope Fennekin's evolutionary line aren't fire/fighting. Let it be anything else, like fire/psychic or just plain fire. Otherwise, let's see who'll get new evolutions, if they make a legendary posion type, and other type combos (i.e Grass/Electric, Ice/Poison, Rock/Dragon just anything new)...
