    Well the area there is bigger, but at the cost of visibility. ...I guess it couldn't hurt to try there. If I could chain in the sandstorm, I can chain anywhere. Except for Route 217. I only managed to get 10 Swinubs by pure luck though.

    I know, but it's still worth a shot. I was able to fish myself an Adamant Rock Head Relicanth with flawless Atk and Speed before, so I hope that luck rubs off on this Ponyta chain. Besides, I'm catching about 300 of them. >_>

    You can teach any Dragon Pokemon Draco Meteor as many times as you like, just as long as the Pokemon likes you. And for the other question, maybe a Pokemon with the Pickup ability, or use the Dowsing machine.

    No, they add the 4 more EVs. For example, you defeat a Geodude and gain 1 EV in defense, but since the Pokemon was holding the defense Power item (I forget the name), it gets 4 more, bringing the total amount of defense EVs gained to 5. Edit: Beaten.
