I wouldn't bother with SDef EVs on Gliscor. Just stick with the standard 244 HP EV's (highest Poison Heal number), then invest whatever amount of Speed you need to outrun whatever threats you choose, then pour the rest into Def. Fling-Steal-Fling-Steal sounds like an interesting option though...
