Dealing with Heatran by predicting Fire Blast and Earthpower respectively is fine I suppose. I just never liked sacrificing a team member to a pokemon so that Dugtrio can revenge kill it only to be setup against by another threat. It's ultimately your decision whether or not to keep Dugtrio though.

It seems like you'd be really vulnerable to Heatran or another Lucario with bullet punch if Dugtrio ever uses a move besides EQ. Consider swapping it out for a Gyrados or Starmie since Heatran really does seem like a bitch for this team.

I'd recommend 144 speed ev's on Gyrados to outrun Gengar after a DD as well as a wacan berry for easier setup.

Dusknoir helps with the obligatory fighting weakness on just about every hail team. (lucario, machamp, etc.) Froslass and Spiritomb are also useful

If your opponent is using a team of 5 dragons you can probably take out most of their team with a DD Dragonite and a DD Salamence. Give them each a Haban berry too. (it's the dragon resist berry)

I'd personally never have wish without protect on jirachi. It makes jirachi's recovery much more reliable and it also allows jirachi to safely switch into an attack which would normally 3hko it.
