Just realised that SubDisable Regigigas is allowed. Doesn't sound like much, but it could stall for five turns with that combination, then sweep with ExtremeSpeed and a coverage move.

My mistake, those were Abra's defences. I play LC a lot more than OU. Still, Alakazam's defences are pretty low, especially considering all of the sweepers in OU nowadays.

On Alakazam, I'd say Focus Sash over LO. Its defences are really low, something like 10 Def/20 SpD iirc, and Magic Guard means the Sash will stay intact. If you're changing Flygon to Garchomp (and so losing U-turn, which is equal to offensive momentum) then there's no guarantee that it can get...
