  1. OU Team Mark II (For Shoddy)

Well, here goes: Gyarados @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EV's: 60 HP / 252 Atk / 196 Spe Nature: Adamant -Dragon Dance -Waterfall -Bite -Stone Edge Pretty much taken directly off the Strategy Pokedex. Bite is for Starmie and other Psychics and Ghosts, and Stone Edge is for bulky Waters...
  2. A team in need of rating.

    I was thinking of a different EV spread for Starmie. How's 172 HP / 20 Def / 92 SpA / 20 SpD / 204 Spe?

Ahhhh, I see. How is it that Special Attacks can be so darn effective against Special Walls?
  4. A team in need of rating.

Why would I run only 24 Attack EV's on Infernape? If I invest equally into Physical and Special, wouldn't I be more able to break walls?

I'm not a particularly good stat calculator. How much Speed EV's will they need for that? Also, which Pokemon should I lead with? EDIT: I posted this team on Serebiiforums, and someone suggested this spread for Gliscor: 240 HP / 192 Def / 76 Spd. Should I use it? They also suggested 252...

Thank you very much :) This team is looking pretty great!

So here's how I'll improve it, based on what you guys told me. Changes are bold: Gengar @Wide Lens Ability: Levitate EV's: 8 HP/248 Sp. Atk./252 Spd. Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) -Shadow Ball -Hypnosis -Focus Blast -Thunderbolt Weaville @ Choice Band Ability: Pressure EV's: 56 HP/ 248 Atk / 204...

So what you're suggesting is... -Night Slash -Pursuit -Ice Shard -Brick Break/Aerial Ace What do you suggest for the last move? Also, Pursuit's base power is 80 when your opponent switches out. Night Slash is 70 Power. Is Pursuit really worth a mere increase of 10 in Power when it'll be 40...

So then keep I could keep Thunderpunch on Infernape? Also, isn't there some sort of taboo with using 2 same-type attacking moves on one Pokemon? EDIT: Are you suggesting that I replace Ice Punch with Ice Shard? Because the Base Power of Ice Shard is pitiful.

Is there a Garchomp-killing alternative to Infernape with HP Ice? Because I REALLY don't wanna have to go through the trouble of calculating Hidden Power.

Gengar @Wide Lens Ability: Levitate EV's: 8 HP/252 Sp. Atk./248 Spd. Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) -Shadow Ball -Hypnosis -Focus Blast -Energy Ball Pretty standard Special Sweeping Gengar. Wide Lens is to help Hypnosis and Focus Blast land on target. Energy Ball replaces Thunderbolt because between...

Could a mod please close this thread so I can make a new one? Thanks!

Ice Fang on Aero would help with Garchomp, wouldn't it? Also, Blastoise's Ice Beam, coupled with solid Defenses, helps. My mistake on Seismic Toss. I can't remember where I heard it was Normal, but sorry 'bout that. I plan to replace Celebi with a Mixed Wall-Breaker.

But if I make Celebi a late-in-game Sweeper, who'd she BP to? I thought the idea of a BPer was to start at the beginning and pass stat-uppers to another Pokemon right away. I used to have Waterfall and EQ on Blastoise and forgot to change the Nature. I'll do that. Does Blissey need more help...

Shed Shell is on Celebi in case it gets trapped by Umbreon or Tyrannitar, in which case it can't do anything with Psychic. I like to lead with her to set up Calm Mind for Gengar right away. Later in the game, she can come back to sweep. Scarfcross is destroyed by Aerodactyl's Aerial Ace, as is...

Celebi @ Shed Shell Ability: Natural Cure EV's: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe Serious Nature (No effect) -Calm Mind -Baton Pass -Psychic -Recover Good Lead and Calm Mind Passer. I thought that with the Defense, HP, and Speed boosts from EV's and the Special stat boosts from Calm Mind, it wouldn't...
  17. Sweeping Gengar moveset

I could use something to take out Fighting types, though...
  18. Sweeping Gengar moveset

I know he can sweep, all I wanted was some input as to what the fourth move should be.
  19. Sweeping Gengar moveset

Okay. Thanks for the help. :) I think that I'd rather use Wide Lens though, because both Focus Blast and Hypnosis have accuracy issues.
