  1. Pokémon Day 7* Tera Raids (Paldea Starters and Pseudos)

Scream Tail @ Babiri Berry 252/0-/252+/0/4/0 Reflect Psych Up Sunny Day Helping Hand I do NOT recommend anyone use this set. It has exactly the problem you think it will have. I used this set to prove the raid to be possible with Scream Tail (with randos). For some reason, no one is bringing...
  2. 7-star Tera Ground Torterra raid event (Nov 15-17, 22-24)

Against my Koffing, he did: wood hammer, smack down, I chilled out until he neutralized my levitate, smack down (again for some reason), then EQ. That KO’d koffing. When I respawned, he did not smack down again, until the double attacks started coming out (because the second attack of a double...
  3. 7-star Tera Ground Torterra raid event (Nov 15-17, 22-24)

Topsy turvy inverts the first shell smash. Skill swap contrary sets up to invert the second shell smash later. He also has screens and helping hand. The most common attackers in randos are Serperior and Lurantis. They can manage boosting themselves up, but they need cover to not get ass-blasted...
  4. 7-star Tera Ground Torterra raid event (Nov 15-17, 22-24)

I was able to win with: Scream Tail, Koffing (this was hard and needed patience), Malamar, Deerling, Sewaddle. All with randos. In general, it helps to make sure you have a mix of Atk and Spatk reduction, so you don’t get run over by +4 earth power or +4 EQ. Scream tail helps keep everything...
  5. 7-star Tera Ground Torterra raid event (Nov 15-17, 22-24)

As far as supports go, ground resistance or immunity (without being weak to rock) seems to be a big asset. Weezing (either form) with Levitate seems like the only promising Clear Smog user capable of dealing with boosting torterra. He also gets wisp, weather, acid spray, but there is a world...
  6. 7-star Tera Ground Torterra raid event (Nov 15-17, 22-24)

Torterra has some strong tools: Likely attacks: Earthquake, stone edge/rock slide, wood hammer. Weaker coverage: crunch, body press, iron head, zen headbutt Boosting etc: Curse, swords dance, shell smash, growth (for mixed sets?), reflect, light screen, iron defense Headlong rush and...
  7. 7* Tera Dark Feraligatr (November 1-3 and 8-10)

Another solid support pokemon I found was Meowscarada. Meoscarada @ SitrusBerry Protean 252/0-/252+/0/4/0 Charm Pollen Puff Helping Hand Chilling Water/Worry Seed/Mud Slap Solid cleric support. T1 Charm to outspeed, become a fairy type, remove the SD, and then you get hit with a neutral...
  8. 7* Tera Dark Feraligatr (November 1-3 and 8-10)

I kept checking the tooltip to see how many turns were left on my screen, and my reflect kept going away. Showdown calc also says psychic fangs damage is unaffected by sheer force. From this, I assume that the screen breaking effect is not removed.
  9. 7* Tera Dark Feraligatr (November 1-3 and 8-10)

I can confirm again Scream Tail works. I was late to the party after travelling. I refined my Scream Tai set for Feraligatr to: Scream Tail @ SitrusBerry 252/0-/252+/0/0/4 Reflect Noble Roar Helping Hand Sunny Day/Howl/Fake Tears Light clay was dropped because psychic fangs breaks screens...
  10. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

A well played Koraidon will be aware to come to parties where everyone resists fire, and will be packing Breaking Swipe/Taunt. I have had way more success with Koraidons than Komo. If a Koraidon locks in to a team of Annihilapes, then you know he doesn’t know what he is doing. Whereas seeing a...
  11. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

You hit the main points: 1) Screens 2) Taunt 3) Don’t die. After that, the best you can provide is helping hand, chilling water, cleric support. Maybe a clear smog. Meowscarada works decently well (Charm, Taunt, Pollen Puff, Chilling Water). Just be mindful that Bulletproof Komomo-mo-momomo...
  12. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

I have used Scream Tail support to beat every single 7* raid to date. I don’t solo like doipy hooves, but still—it’s an extremely solid raid mon.
  13. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

I’ve won several times with Scream Tail. She’s just too damn good for raids. Cream Tail @ Light Clay 252/0-/152+/0/100/0 Reflect Light Screen Rain Helping Hand
  14. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

One last piece of the puzzle that might be handy is Bruxish. Bruxish @ Zoom Lens Dazzling 252/0-/252+/0/4/0 -Screech -Reflect -Light Screen -Chilling Water/Taunt Bruxish is the only screecher that can provide blanket protection against Mach Punch (and other priority ig). Bruxish would fit...
  15. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

Occa Berry Meowscarada could work. It should be fast enough to go protean grass right before Infernape, and survive a Focus Blast crit. 0 SpA Tera Rock Infernape Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Chopple Berry Meowscarada on a critical hit: 268-316 (75.2 - 88.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO …Assuming no...
  16. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

You only need 68 Spe for neutral speed nature, or 168 Spe for +Spe ape (eg Hasty/Naive). The hard part is getting a crit pokemon that doesn’t get KO’d. Depending on how it goes, Urshifu-Rapid might be the necessary crit support for anger point.
  17. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

Focus miss is still stronger, and aura sphere is equally strong as drain punch after iron fist. It really comes down to how they want to tackle mixed ape. ——- The astrogoth will probably make some rounds later with OHKO strats (Until we find another astrogoth, this one will have to do). This...
  18. 7-star Tera Rock Infernape raid event (Oct 4-6, 11-13)

Just a few observations: 1) Fire fighting rock alone gives perfect neutral coverage. 2) Mixed infernape is a thing. 3) Holy shit his coverage. 4) So many boosting options. The only one he really lacks is work up. Personally, I forsee its moveset being something like: Flare Blitz, Stone Edge...
  19. 7-star Tera Grass Serperior raid event (Sept. 20-22, 27-29)

Like this? Or more along the lines of this?
  20. 7-star Tera Grass Serperior raid event (Sept. 20-22, 27-29)

Anything with ability negation works, really. In addition to the deerling from earlier, I’ve won with Sprigatito, Floragato, Oranguru, and Alcremie. I plan to try Pikachu/Minun later.
