Sorry if this is a stupid question but why do most of your pokemon have EVs not divisible by 4? I see a bunch of 1s, and 3s and the 30 def IVs on Rotom as well. Perhaps the IVs are for Hidden Power but I don't understand about the EVs. Thanks.
