    Get non-flawless IV Pokemon, with 2+ 31 IVs hopefully, and breed it with another using Destiny Knot. When a child has more flawless IVs than the parents, swap it in to the daycare. Repeat until you have 5+ 31 IVs. Much more useful guide: http://i.imgur.com/XKteYOA.png
